Pancreatic Debridement

Pancreatic Debridement is indicated for patients with pancreatic necrosis and progressive clinical sepsis as a complication of severe acute pancreatitis.

The cause of pancreatic debridement are :

  • Drugs (Ace Inhibitor, Asparaginase, furosemide, valproate, azathioprine);
  • Toxin (Alcohol, Methanol);
  • Metabolic (Hypertriglyceridemia, hypercalcemia);
  • Infectious (Cytometagalovirus, Mumps, Coxsackie B Virus).
