Root Canal Pain is a dental procedure that replaces a tooth’s damaged or infected pulp with a filling. Root canal treatment is needed for two main reasons. The first is infection. An untreated cavity is a common cause of pulp infection and The second reason for a root canal is damage to the pulp that can’t be fixed.

Your tooth might need a root canal if :

  •     Unprovoked or spontaneous pain
  •     Sensitivity to hot and cold drinks and foods
  •     Pain when biting or chewing
  •     Swelling of the gum near the affected tooth
  •     Facial swelling.
